Tuesdays 6.15 – 7.15pm & Thursdays 3 – 4pm

Join Katy this September for a welcoming, light-hearted vinyasa flow yoga class where flexibility isn’t the focus. Classes will consist of warming flows mixed with longer held postures to develop those forgotten muscles as well as moments of relaxation and reflection to clear the mind from our busy lives. You should leave feeling more connected with your body, mind and breath; whether you’ve been practicing for 2 weeks or 20 years, you are all welcome.
The details:

  • Classes take place in the golf/putting area throughout September weather permitting.
  • Mats available but please bring your own if you have one.
  • £5 drop-in (cash) – Discounts available from those on low income.
  • What to bring? – Water, comfortable clothing, a blanket (if it’s cold) and an open mind.
